Can I pay or be paid outside the app?

No. All payments must go through CleanGig. Work arranged or paid off-platform has no insurance cover, no payment protection and cannot be reviewed. Cleaners who request off-platform payment have their account suspended and may be removed permanently; clients who encourage it may also be suspended. Extras such as oven or carpet cleaning can be added to the job inside the app at any time.
